This page covers what to expect when you book with Catara Med Spa: how we confirm your appointment, what happens if you are running late, how payment works, and our cancellation policy.
If anything here is unclear, call us. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.
Appointments
You'll be sent a text or email to confirm your appointment. If you don't respond, we'll consider it a confirmation.
If you're unwell, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule as needed. If you're on antibiotics, kindly inform us when making the appointment.
Remember, your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you wish to bring a guest who also requires treatment (a plus 1), please let us know, as we have specific protocols for scheduling such treatments.
Late or No Show Appointments
We ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment to fill out any needed paperwork.
If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your treatment with the remaining scheduled time. However, to respect our provider's time and other scheduled appointments, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
No-show appointments will be charged $100 if no notice is given.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full upon completion of service.
A credit card is required to hold your appointment.
Cancellations
We understand that things happen and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee if less than 24 hours' notice is given.
- If you cancel an appointment more than 3 times in a row, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee, regardless of timing.

Our Hours
We are open seven days a week, with later evenings on Tuesday and Thursday for clients who can't get here during the day.
- Sunday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Monday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
