Catara Med Spa is a small, independent medical spa in Algonquin, Illinois, and the people on this page are the whole team. Every treatment we offer is delivered by one of them, so it is worth knowing who does what before you book.
The practice is led by Cathy Neuhalfen, our Founder and CEO, with Stefanie Drozd as Medical Director. Injectable treatments are handled by our aesthetic nurse injectors, Lily Zelaya, RN and Ava Packiewicz, RN. Skin and facial treatments are led by Karlene Stitle, an advanced clinical aesthetician, and Jeanne Foote, a licensed aesthetician who is also our clinic manager. Lynette Reedy, a certified medical assistant, supports the clinical side of the practice.

You will find us at 308 S Main Street, Algonquin, IL 60102, in a Victorian building in historic downtown Algonquin, a short walk from the Fox River and the shops on Main Street. We are open seven days a week, with evening appointments available on Tuesday and Thursday, and you can reach us on (847) 658-1300.
