BEST FOR

Glute toning, lifting and shaping the buttocks, adding definition after a fitness plateau, building glute and core strength, a more athletic lower-body contour
  • How EMSCULPT NEO Builds Glute Muscle

EMSCULPT NEO for the glutes uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy to prompt strong, repeated contractions in the glute muscles. Glute sessions concentrate on muscle building, with radiofrequency energy kept minimal.

  • Where and How It Is Used

EMSCULPT NEO Glutes treats the buttocks. It is non-invasive, with no incisions or injections, and each visit takes about 30 minutes. Most plans run a short series of sessions spaced a few days apart.

  • What a Glute Session Involves

You start with a consultation with a body contouring specialist to discuss your goals. During the session the applicators deliver HIFEM energy to the glutes while you relax. After about 30 minutes you are finished and can head back to your day.

  • How Glute Shape Builds Across Your Series

Most clients see and feel a difference after a few sessions, with fuller, more lifted glutes building across a series of about 4 to 6 visits. Results are maintained with regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle, and maintenance sessions are available.

  • EMSCULPT NEO vs Surgery and the Gym

EMSCULPT NEO shapes the glutes without surgery, incisions, or injections, and without the recovery that surgery involves. Catara books Emsculpt NEO for six other areas as well, and our body contouring page covers how those areas fit together.

    • How EMSCULPT NEO Builds and Lifts the Glutes

EMSCULPT NEO Glutes at Catara Med Spa in Algonquin is a non-invasive body contouring treatment for the buttocks. It uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy to prompt strong, repeated contractions in the glute muscles, contractions that are difficult to reproduce through voluntary exercise alone.

Over a session the applicator delivers roughly 20,000 muscle contractions in about 30 minutes. For the glutes, the protocol concentrates on muscle building and lift, so radiofrequency energy is kept minimal and the emphasis stays on toning rather than fat reduction.

    • Where and How EMSCULPT NEO Glutes Is Used

EMSCULPT NEO Glutes is used in one area: the buttocks. Applicators are positioned over the glute muscles, and the treatment is entirely non-invasive, with no incisions and no injections.

The treatment is delivered as a series rather than a single visit. Most plans involve about 4 to 6 sessions spaced a few days apart, tailored to your goals. Each appointment takes about 30 minutes, and the protocol is adjusted so the glutes receive the most muscle engagement with minimal radiofrequency.

    • What a Glute Appointment Involves at Catara

Every plan starts with a consultation. You meet with a Catara body contouring specialist to talk through your goals, whether you are after more shape, added strength, or a more athletic contour, and to confirm EMSCULPT NEO Glutes is the right fit for you.

During the session you relax while the applicators deliver HIFEM energy to your glutes, prompting the muscle contractions that do the work. Minimal or no radiofrequency is used on the glutes, keeping the focus on muscle building. After about 30 minutes the session is complete, and we review your plan and schedule any remaining visits in your series.

    • How Long Glute Results Take and How They Are Maintained

EMSCULPT NEO Glute results build gradually. Most clients start to see and feel a difference after a few sessions, and fuller, more lifted glutes develop across a series of about 4 to 6 visits as the muscle responds to treatment.

Results are not permanent on their own. Maintaining your results depends on ongoing exercise and a healthy lifestyle, and periodic maintenance sessions help you hold your shape over time. Results may vary from person to person.

    • Glute Treatment Compared with Surgery and the Gym

EMSCULPT NEO offers a non-surgical way to build and lift the glutes. There are no incisions, no injections, and no surgical recovery period, so you return to your routine after each visit. It works the muscle directly rather than relying on squats and other exercise alone.

Catara books Emsculpt NEO for six other areas as well, and clients often add the glutes to a wider plan. Our body contouring page surveys all seven areas and how a series is sequenced across them. Your specialist recommends the combination that fits your goals at your consultation.
