Jeanne Foote, Licensed Aesthetician, Operating Owner and Head of Operations

Serving clients in Algonquin, IL and throughout McHenry and Kane counties, Jeanne Foote is known for giving clear answers to people struggling with skin concerns, weight management, fatigue, and treatment confusion. She leads with a combination of clinical skill, nutritional insight, and hands on care.

With over 30 years of experience in operations, customer service, and health optimization, Jeanne has led Catara Med Spa through significant growth. As Head of Operations she recruits and develops highly trained professionals, oversees compliance, and guides the clinical experience for every client who walks through the door.

Jeanne is Cathy Neuhalfen’s sister and an operating owner of Catara. She performs most of the skin, laser and facial treatments at Catara and is a dedicated client advocate who cares deeply about the results of every client’s aesthetic journey.

Jeanne came to this work through her own experience. After facing a personal health challenge she saw firsthand how much functional self care matters, and that pushed her out of a long corporate career and into wellness and clinical aesthetics. She joined Catara in 2019 and has been an advocate ever since for personalized care that balances outer beauty with inner health.

She speaks frequently on aging, gut health, female wellness, and aesthetic safety, and she is known for breaking complex topics down into something clients and community members can actually act on. Deeply rooted in Algonquin, Jeanne partners with local organizations, women’s groups, and health initiatives across northern Illinois. When she is not with clients, you will find her mentoring, reading, or with her family.
