Stefanie Drozd, MSN-APRN, FPA, is the Medical Director at Catara Med Spa. She spent the first half of her career in oncology, hematology, and bone marrow transplant at Loyola University Medical Center before moving into aesthetics, and she brings that same clinical rigor to every treatment plan.
Stefanie Drozd earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005 and began her career at Loyola University Medical Center, working primarily in oncology, hematology, and bone marrow transplant. While there she went on to graduate school at Loyola University Chicago, graduating in 2010 as an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner.
She practiced in an outpatient cancer center and rounded at several local hospitals until 2019. At that point she went back to school to study aesthetics and found the area of medicine she loves. That background matters: a provider who has managed complex oncology patients brings a different level of caution, assessment, and follow through to elective aesthetic care.
Stefanie combines current technology with a holistic view of wellness, and she is a firm believer in continuing education. She keeps current with aesthetic advancements and brings them into how she assesses and plans. Her clients know her for personalized treatment plans and a natural looking aesthetic.
Away from the practice, Stefanie loves being a mom. She travels, is into cars, bikes with her kids, and shares her home with a Great Dane named Jade.
