In this short video, Jeanne Foote, Licensed Aesthetician and Clinic Manager at Catara Med Spa, walks through a Sylfirm X RF microneedling treatment. She explains that the device creates tiny micro injuries in the skin while radiofrequency adds heat. She calls this two treatments for one, aimed at collagen and elastin production.

In this January 2024 video, Jeanne names the concerns she says the treatment can address. In the 2024 video, she lists laxity and sagging skin, jowls and a double chin. Her 2024 list continues with active acne, rosacea, scarring and stretch marks. She also describes applying exosomes during that 2024 visit and sending clients home with a vial. She describes finishing that 2024 session with a HydraFacial. Catara’s current RF microneedling page describes a proprietary serum finish instead of a HydraFacial. Ask your provider which steps, and which concerns, are part of your plan today.

What follows is the video’s narration, word for word, recorded in January 2024.
Hey, it’s Jeanie here from Catara Med Spa, and today we are rocking the Sylfirm X RF microneedling device and exosomes. I want to tell you a little bit about this amazing treatment and this combination. So the Sylfirm X is a device that is absolutely amazing. We got it about a year ago, and we have been absolutely amazed, blown away is probably a better way of describing the results that we’ve seen with this device.
The Sylfirm X RF microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin production, and it does that by creating little micro injuries into the skin, and then the radio frequency goes in and it creates heat. So you’re getting two treatments for one, with the heat plus the microneedling creating that collagen and elastin stimulation. It’s really great, because what’s going to happen is that’s the scaffolding: the collagen and elastin are the scaffolding that really holds up our skin, and it reduces as we age. We stop producing collagen in our 20s, so it’s really important to fight that anti-aging with the RF microneedling.
And we’re using 5 billion exosomes that we’re going to be applying to your skin topically, and the reason why that’s beneficial is it’s the exposure to the exosomes that’s important. So we’re going to send you home with your own vial of exosomes for you to apply to your skin over the next couple of days. That’s going to really help with that regeneration and healing process that’s so important for this treatment.
So exactly what does the RF microneedling treat? Well, it can treat laxity, sagging skin, sometimes we get the jowls here or even our double chin. It also helps with active acne and rosacea. It can work on any skin type. The other thing that it’s great for is scarring, so if you have any scars on your body we can help with that, or even stretch marks.
And finally we finish it off with a HydraFacial. And why do we do that? This treatment is so important and so regenerative that finishing it off with a HydraFacial is really going to take care of those cells that have proliferated and come to the surface. So we’re going to extract impurities, we’re going to exfoliate the skin, and then we’re going to rehydrate the skin with topical nutrients to really give you that afterglow and finish off this treatment. So you’re going to walk out feeling amazing, and you’re not even going to believe your skin, how beautiful it’s going to look. Give us a call at Catara Med Spa, we’d love to tell you more about this treatment, and we can’t wait to see you.
